By accessing paradisebizsolutions.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any courses, materials, or subscriptions (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All course content, checklists, and materials are owned by Paradise Business Solutions or its licensors.
License: Purchased courses grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use only.
No Sharing: Logins may not be shared. Violations result in immediate termination.

3. Payments & Refunds

A. One-Time Course Purchases

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our courses, no refunds are permitted once access is granted.
Stripe Processing: Payments are handled securely via Stripe. We never store your full payment details.

B. Subscriptions

Recurring Billing: Monthly fees are charged automatically until canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via [Account Settings]. No further charges will occur.
No Refunds for Partial Periods: Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate account/payment information.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.
No Chargebacks: Disputes must be resolved directly with us ([email protected]).

5. Disclaimers

Not OSHA Certification: Our training provides general guidance only. Consult professionals for compliance.
Service “AS IS”: We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
We’re not liable for:
- Business losses (e.g., OSHA fines from misapplied training).
- Stripe/payment processing errors.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:
- Chargebacks or payment fraud.
- Sharing course access.
Cancellations take effect immediately (subscriptions) or permanently (one-time purchases).

8. Governing Law

Disputes governed by North Carolina law.
Venue: Courts in Forsyth County, NC.

9. Changes to Terms

Updates posted on the Site with 30 days’ notice (email for material changes).
Continued use = acceptance.
