What platform do I need to access the courses?

What’s the difference between a subscription and a membership?
Great question! A subscription gives you access to a single course or a specific bundle of courses. A membership gives you access to a whole category of courses (like all safety courses) or our entire library. Memberships also include extra benefits like new course early access, annual learning reviews and more.
Which option is right for me?
It depends on your goals:

Can I switch plans later?

How does billing work?
Subscriptions and memberships bill automatically on the same date each month or year. You’ll receive a receipt via email after each payment. You can cancel anytime—no questions asked.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription or membership whenever you like. If you cancel, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
How long do I have access to courses?
For course subscriptions and course memberships, you have access as long as your account is active. For one-time purchases, you have lifetime access to the content you bought.
Do I get certificates?
Yes! Every course includes a certificate of completion when you finish. You can download and print them directly from your account.
Can I buy this for my team?
Yes! All subscriptions and memberships are priced per person. In you need more than 5 licenses, contact us for a custom invoice and we’ll provide you with a discount.
